Returns and Refunds Policy

At Ursa Voyages, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Certain items, such as personal gear or products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons, may not be eligible for return.

Process for Returns

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Since Ursa Voyages operates on Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method after the returned product is approved.
  • Refunds will cover the product price only. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Please allow up to 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer, we can offer an exchange instead of a refund for eligible returns.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will prioritize your return and cover any associated shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • Used or damaged items not caused during shipping
  • Personal or hygienic gear that cannot be resold
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

International Returns

As Ursa Voyages operates worldwide, international customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of products. Shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
